- Please try to come alone if possible. We are trying to limit the number of people in the practice at any given time.
- Please try to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.
- On arrival, please use the non-touch hand sanitisers. These are alcohol based, should this be a problem due to a skin condition or for religious beliefs, simply ask our staff to provide you with a non-alcohol Covid-19 rated gel or wipe.
- We are taking the temperature of all staff and patients. Should any patient have a fever, we will ask them to re-book once they are feeling better. This is for both the safety of our other patients and staff.
- The test room is cleaned between patents. As such, we have lengthened all our appointments to ensure this is done to the highest possible standard.
- After trying on a frame, please do not put it back. Please place it on the bench surface. Our team will wipe the frame down before placing the frame in a COVID-19 rated UV steraliser.
- The Zeiss iTerminal 2 will help with dispensing and safe distancing.
